In the present time, there is no doubt how our society completely evolved in the digital world; it is rare to see someone not having his phones on his hand nor accomplishing tasks without the help of digital technology. Technology has completely change they way each individual live their lives.

Digital technology has led an easier and faster access to everything including advanced communication, large number of helpful information, and for doing business transactions. It gives a major effect by influencing the society on how it will move; it gives direction towards having a more productive and efficient life. Technology is a significant help to the society in making their tasks on a regular basis a better work. Thus, through these advancements, it positively increases the standard of living; even if we are currently experiencing problems like the high inflation rates we can clearly see that the way we our society live is evolving.

With all the help that our technology can offer, it slowly removes the gap and make all things possible. However, with all it's benefit that can bring to us, there are still negative effects that technology can generate. Some articles stated that people who overly used digital technology can influence their behavioral practice most especially their mental health. An example of a negative impact is a person who purely depends all his duties on the said technology will lessen the bodily movement of act that he should be doing. Second example is that, a man who wastes his time in watching television will not only lessen his time but also his productivity. Lastly, the bombs that were produced for the so-called protection of the country.

Therefore, every advancement that were conducted may also have long term negative effects. But regardless of the negative effects that the technology can bring, we cannot deny the fact that digital technology is innate in our lives and will never change the reality that we can no longer live without it.
